His Royal Highness the Emir of Hail Region Sponsors the “Basmah” Award Ceremony and Honors the Winners

His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Abdulaziz, Emir of the Hail Region, sponsored the 2022 “Basmah” Award Ceremony in its fifth edition, held last night at Al-Maghwa Park in Hail. The event was attended by royal highnesses, ministers, and senior officials.

In his speech during the ceremony, His Highness stated:
"I have been entrusted with a great responsibility by the people of the region, one that is founded on loyalty to our wise leadership and to be faithful soldiers under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince — may God preserve them both."
He expressed his gratitude to the ministers for their great efforts within their ministries to serve the nation.

Following the speech, His Highness honored this year’s award winners. The Hail Municipality, Almarai Company, and the University of Hail received the “Basmah” Award. In the “Excellence” category, seven regional officials were honored:

Deputy Governor of Hail Region, Adel bin Saleh Al-Sheikh

President of the University of Hail, Dr. Rashid bin Maslat Al-Sharif

Director of Hail Police, Major General Dr. Kitab bin Aqilan Al-Otaibi
