Emir of Hail Sponsors the Signing Ceremony of Two MoUs Between the Region’s Youth Council, Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University, and the Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd Foundation for Human Development

His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Abdulaziz, Emir of the Hail Region, sponsored the signing ceremony of two memoranda of understanding between the Hail Region Youth Council, Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University, and the Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd Foundation for Human Development. The ceremony took place in the reception hall at the Emirate’s headquarters, in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Fahd bin Muqrin bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Emir of Hail Region, Dr. Issa bin Hassan Al-Ansari, President of Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University and Secretary-General of the Foundation, and Dr. Jamal Al-Ruwaidhi, Secretary-General of the Hail Region Youth Council.

Dr. Al-Ansari expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Emir and Deputy Emir of Hail for their patronage and interest, noting that the initiatives of Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University and its Foundation stem from their social responsibility towards the nation.

For his part, the Secretary-General of the Hail Youth Council affirmed that the council operates in accordance with the directives of the Emir of the region and under the direct supervision of the Deputy Emir — may God preserve them — in order to achieve everything that benefits the youth of the region.
